The box has seen better days, but the bank inside works perfectly. It even has the original Toys "R" Us sticker on it. It's a little dusty from sitting on the shelf. I think it's new in the box because we never took it out, it was gifted to us, but there's tape all over the box. See photos. So I'm not really sure. Original voice and music from the soundtrack.
