This was given to me as a gift for my daughter about two years ago.
It's fluffy and soft, and it's very comforting to hold, like a real pet. It's very soothing, but my daughter said the eyes were a little scary, and although she held it a few times, it was kept with other stuffed animals after that.
The tail feels a bit rough compared to the body, but since it's been stored away for a long time, I'm not sure if that's how it was originally.
I checked it over and didn't see any noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a used item and has been handled by a non-professional.
