This is a new cream Summer Fridays Light Aura - Vitamin C + Peptide Eye Cream, Brightening Eye Cream with a Brightening and Hydrating Formula (0.5 fl oz) with its original lid. It's not filled to the brim, i guess for safety reasons to prevent spills, but the photo without the lid shows it as is, with the "swirl" mark indicating it hasn't been used. The safety cover is removable, that's why I was able to take the photo and you can see the product in detail.
