Terminated Extremely Rare Phosphorescent, Tenebrescent and fluorescent Blue Hackmanite on Matrix from Badakshan, Afghanistan. Hackmanite is usually purple. It is extremely rare to find Hackmanite in the color blue. Badakshan is the only locality known to produce Blue Hackmanite. Hackmanite is found in only a handful of localities; Russia, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Canada, Norway and Greenland. The best specimens come from Badakshan, Afghanistan.
Uv reactive under shortwave uv light exposure.
