Earl Grey Tea - The popular Earl Grey Tea combines the dark full leaves of an Orange Pekoe with the indigo splash of cornflower petals.
Ingredients: Black Tea, Cornflower Petals, Bergamot Flavor

Use 1 heaping TSP (3 g) of tea leaves per 6 oz of water. Bring water just to rolling boil (200-212 degrees F). Steep for 3-5 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more tea rather than more time, as steeping too long can result in a bitter tea.

Chai Tea - Our Chai Tea is made with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and black pepper; the spicy blend is then coupled with a hearty black tea to fill out this invigorating beverage. Usually served with cream and sugar, Chai is amazing both hot and iced, perfect for summer and winter treats!
Ingredients: Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Allspice, Cloves and Black Pepper

Use 1 TBSP (25 g) of tea per 8 oz of water. Put Chai in water and heat slowly to a boil. Add sweetener to taste and low boil for 5-10 min. Stir and turn pot off. Steep for another 15 min.  Strain and add up to 8 oz of warmed milk.
