This is a first edition hardcover of Paul Murray's The Bee STing. Clean, tight, never read. See pics for minor defects, Top jacket has a crease. Cloth spine top and bottom have creases too. That's all.
The Bee Sting is very rare. Abebooks has a copy for $54.50 but there's a lean. which makes the book not straight, and wouldn't be a collectible. Also on abe, there's a copy that only costs $12, but I contacted the seller to ask him if the book was a true 1st, and it turned out to be a 4th printing! Watch out for scammers. Like on ebay, there are several listings that claim to be a first, and all of them roughly costs $18. But if you look at the copyright page, the number line without the "1" indicates that the book is a 6th or higher printing. I don;t know how sellers get away with fraudulent claims.
