Brand new! Protective plastic still on hardware and accessories are unopened as shown in photos. The bag and accessories come in a beautiful warm blush PU vegan leather and gold hardware. Bag has never been packed so it's flawless. The dust bag does have a couple juice stains on it (kids wanted to 'help' me take the pictures smh lol) as shown but nothing else was damaged. The bag does come in a second dust bag.
