All oils have been stored safely and as recommended.
The point of the pen shows were the level of oil sits at.
If marked "never opened" and they are not full is due to evaporation, they are perfectly fine to use.
Language; some of them might have different languages on bottle (very few of mine) this is due to them being labeled to be shipped to different countries. They are the same oil as the English labeled ones.
