Has lost some paint, has no bends/breaks/cracks. Wheels are basic mag wheels with gently used Primo Xpress Solid Fill tires. Has a sticker from a terrarium company and a rock climbing place.
Does not come with cushion, does not have anti-tips or the slots for them. Does not have a seat belt.
Has side guard holders but is missing the side guards. Back rest is tension adjustable, phone pocket underneath the seat is built in. Foot plate has blue grip tape on it, you can remove it if you wish. Foot plate is angle adjustable. The back wheel axles could use a quick adjustment, as these are not the original wheels. Back folds down. This is rigid, it does not fold. Please see the photo with the measurements before you ask me.
