Each Nintendo DS Lite is professionally refurbished using brand-new components for reliable performance and a refreshed appearance. Every unit includes new upper and lower LCD screens, a new touchscreen digitizer, and a full replacement shell with matching buttons, membranes, and top lens. A GBA slot cover and stylus are included.
These consoles were originally manufactured in 2006, so minor cosmetic variations may occur due to age. Replacement screens may show slight tint differences, and the touchscreen may feel firmer than the original. Triggers are refurbished or replaced as needed. Cartridge slots are fully cleaned, though reinsertion may occasionally be required. In rare cases, up to 1–2 dead pixels may appear near the screen edges; any unit exceeding this is rejected.
Each console undergoes a 5+ hour burn-in and full functionality test.
