Charming reversible cookie jar from the 1940s. Turn it one way for the girl bear, the other for the boy bear. Cream colored with remnants of black paint. Stamped on the bottom with “Patent Applied Turn About Made in the USA”. Highly collectible and very rare, Measures just over 12" tall with the lid on and 6” wide across the bottom of the base.
Excellent vintage condition. The base and the inside of the lid have some minor signs of aging, but you can't see them when it’s standing, see photo. Otherwise, the cookie jar has aged well and has a wonderful vintage patina.
