Brand new, open box condition. The box was damaged beyond saving in shipment, but the speaker itself was unaffected and has never been used.
Other than the box not being included the only flaw is a minor scuff on the top of the speaker which may come off with cleaning/buffing out. Comes with original charger and cord.
