This is the discontinued ULTRASONE Signature Master (ULT-SIG-MASTER), the first generation model. Unlike the more affordable MkII, this model only supports unbalanced connections.
I purchased this item, which was a display model and unused, from an audio shop last year.
It has been used for a total of about 30 hours, and is still in excellent condition with low usage, not yet fully broken in.
