1. grab a tape measure and measure your natural waist. the space above your hips, under your ribs. when you lean to the side, your body will crease at your waist.
2. For 18 and up drop 4 inches. 25, 26, 27 inches should all be able to fit this size. 16 & 17 only drop 2 inches. Keep it loser while you are young
