U.S. Navy Surplus
A salad bowl, or a bowl for dessert or fruit, from the PYREX brand "Decor."
This is an OLD PYREX design, popular for its exclusive US NAVY delivery, featuring blue bands, also known as blue lines.
Although produced by a different brand, it was delivered to the U.S. Navy. The "Decor" branded type is thought to be less common.
It is believed to have been used or stored in U.S. NAVY related facilities during the 1950s-60s, so please expect some age-related wear.
The condition is quite good, with only slight cutlery marks visible depending on the light.
Slight scratches, fading, or unevenness in the lines are inherent in the manufacturing process, so please understand that minor imperfections may exist.
There are no issues for daily use.
