I purchased this at a VANS store about two years ago.
I've only worn it a few times, so it's in very good condition.
I've added a simple drawstring myself so you can adjust the length. If you remove it, there will be holes where the string was, but they won't be visible from the outside.
I'm 173cm tall and slim, but I can still wear a hoodie underneath without any problems.
Regarding shipping, I can ship it immediately after the order if placed by February 13th.
