Beautiful and timeless Victorian gold baby/child bangle bracelet with delicate floral engravings all around the bangle. There is no visible gold purity hallmarks, but it tests as 9k solid gold. 9k gold is a bit below the USA minimum gold purity standard (which is 10k), therefore a lot of antique/vintage 9k gold pieces made in the USA were left unmarked, even though they are solid gold. Although multiple other countries such as UK and Australia do accept and commonly mark their 9k gold jewelry.
The bangle bracelet has a layer of higher karat gold over the 9k base. Due to the warm buttery color, it seems the layer is at least 18k.
It is in excellent vintage condition, almost looks like new. Its elegant design and warm gold color make it an ideal choice for a baby shower gift, christening jewelry, or as a treasured heirloom piece to commemorate early milestones.
To put on - after you open the clasp, do not force open by pulling left to right to avoid damaging the bangle.
