Vintage Citizen "Shogun" Talking Alarm Clock
Highly collectible & hard to find in this condition
These clocks were popular in Japan during the late 1980s and early 1990s as part of a series of character clocks produced by Citizen.
The figure is a stylized version of Takeda Shingen, a famous warlord from the Sengoku period. You can tell by the Takeda-bishi (the four-diamond crest) on his helmet and pauldrons. The banner behind him is his famous Sashimono, featuring the Furin Kazan (風林火山)
Very rare and hard to find, in great shape with just a little dust - I cleaned off well but needs a true deep clean
Comes with everything intact - sword is removable and in working shape, flag is removable and in working shape
Overall very good shape - see below for issues:
* battery tested & voice feature works but clock does not (no missing parts, but clock part will need inspection and repair - could be something simple I am not sure)
