Made this dress from a British vintage pattern and it’s absolutely lovely. I used a elastic stretchy yarn so it’s very body/shape hugging. I am 5’1” and about 136lbs. It should fit size S- M. Recommending cold water hand wash and lined dry. The color is more like olive green
