This skirt is vintage and the tag is unreadable so please see measurements below. Black and white houndstooth pattern with lovely plum buttons. This would fit a standard small lower on the hips or a medium about mid rise. Skirt buttons up - unfortunately could not find material information on it but the fabric feels breathable and lightweight. This is a gorgeous skirt, I just haven’t reached for it and want it to be appreciated in a new home <3
