Late 50’s beautiful, elegant classic styling with silver satin lining. Raglan sleeves with wide turned back cuffs that are tacked in place.The tacks could be removed to roll down cuffs.Wide kimono style lapels.On seam pockets are hidden just behind the lapels.The coat has been stored most of its life.There are are few, difficult to detect, small places where the pile is missing.The last two photos show them under strong light,the velvet is probably silk or rayon, the lining a type of rayon.Should fit a medium or large- see pictures for measurements.
