Large vintage green turquoise stone most likely Kingman or Fox turquoise mine set with large silver plated leaf that covers a crack in the turquoise. I believe it was made this way since nothing is loose.
I didn’t realize that the leaf and cabochon setting is silver plate till I tested it with a strong magnet.
The ring band itself is not marked but not magnetic so it may be sterling.
Size: 6 1/4
Turquoise size: 1/2” wide x 1 2/8” long
Turquoise was tested with acetone and has a brown matrix.
Removed a bit of patina from the leaf but left most on since some people prefer it that way.
Note: last two two pics have close ups of the crack under the leaf as best as I could show.
