Fabulous vintage Neko black wool Cloche/flapper hat. It is tall and has 2 ribbons around the perimeter and a flat, wide folded ribbon on one side. The larger ribbon needs to be ironed, as it sticks up a bit. It is a beautiful hat and is in excellent condition! Inside the top it says, “Neco 100% wool.” It measures wa 21” in diameter, which is considered a medium based in the makers size chart. Please measure your head to assure a good fit.
