This is an engagement ring from the. It's made of all 10K yellow & white gold. It's not plated and not filled. The center diamond is small & I'm not sure of the exact size, but it is genuine. The ring is a size 7½ & it weighs 3.0 grams. I received it from a late relative in 1999, and i have had it packed in my storage unit since 2000. It hasn't actuallybeen worn sine 88, so in total the ring has not been worn or cleaned in approx 37 years. It's just been sitting in a jewelry box. It's in very good condition & I'm sure that proper cleaning & polishing will do wonders for the overall appearance of the ring & especially the diamond. The markings on the ring are 10k and R + B, which im guessing is the makers mark. Feel free to ask any questions or make an offer. Thanks
