This has been reduced considerably. The original selling price was $175 because of the toning. If you are seriously interested let's talk or make an offer.
I could find no other cuff like this. The ends are unusual. Not sure of the age, but quite old. You can clean this up to bright silver if you want, but it is unusual to see this much toning (tarnish) so evenly on both sides. It takes many years to do this. You might want to take this to jewelery for advice.
I priced this at the low end of vintage sterling cuffs of this size.
