This is a setup by Vivian.
Both the top and skirt are labeled as size 1. I have worn them 1-2 times and there are no particular issues. The waist of the mannequin is large so the button is not fastened in the photo.
The skirt length is about 63cm and the waist is about 31cm. These are amateur measurements, so please consider them as rough estimates. There is no elastic in the skirt. This is not a dress but a setup, so you can wear the top and skirt separately. I am offering them together as a set.
