Product Description The Watts Premier Filter Pure UF-3 system was designed with you in mind. Capable of running at low water pressures, this system does not require a separate water holding tank, does not alter the pH of the water, and does not require electricity, allowing a continuous, on-demand supply of premium quality drinking water directly to your tap. Includes three pre-installed filters, a parts bag, and a brushed nickel top-mount, twist faucet.This system kit includes one 5-Micron Sediment Filter for reducing dirt, silt, and rust that affect the taste and appearance of your water; one LVOC Carbon Filter for reducing VOCs; one 0.1-Micron Hollow-Fiber Semi-Permeable Membrane for blocking sediment and suspended particles, as well as cysts from passing through. The space-saving design allows this system to fit comfortably under your sink and requires fewer tube connections. It is also equipped with backflow prevention valves in the filter lid between cartridges, as well as double O-rings to prevent leaks. Furthermore, the unique swivel valve-in, push button release system allows for easy filter changes with no need to shut off the water source.With a maximum operating pressure of 85 psi, the included WQA certified filters are crafted from high-quality materials for maximum filtration. Filter life may vary based upon local water conditions or use patterns, but we recommend replacing sediment and carbon filters every 6 months and the UF membrane every 12 months.Water.
