I purchased this costume from an expensive costume shop in NYC. The corset has heavy brocade, steel fasteners and grommets and the skirt is heavy satin and is lined. The corset has a flap that is fairly wide to hide any long lacing, and the lacing is fully adjustable. I also have the skirt hoop, but it is a bit long and rather than have it sewn shorter as I wore it with something else as well I just pinned it up when I wore it with this skirt. I would say that this is a small/medium but check the measurements below:
Hoop: waist 28" - 32" (32 would be tight), straight length 37" (but the hoop will pull the skirt up)
Corset laced tight: waist 28", bust 32"
Skirt: waist 26" - 50", length 40"
This will last forever and definitely won't disappoint.
